"Stressful experience"
Stressful experience working with their team to get the items how I want them to look. Repeated errors with an item and the customer rep was very unapologetic. Some of the staff are hospitable but most have a lackluster disposition.

I had to place another order for a few things I’d bought before, and I was glad I didn’t have to start from scratch. I just went back to my past items and reordered from there, which saved me a decent amount of time. The site isn’t perfect though — it felt a little clunky in spots, and I still caught myself double-checking the details before submitting. Overall it worked fine, I just wish the whole process felt a bit smoother...

"These tote bags still remind me of that school event"
We ordered branded tote bags from 4imprint for a school event, they’ve held up better than I expected. I still remember seeing everyone carrying them around that day, and it’s kind of nice that a few of us are still using them months later. The print still looks clean even with weekly use, which was a pleasant surprise. One of the bags did have a loose stitch, so they weren’t absolutely perfect, but for the price, they’ve been durable. Shipping was smooth too, so overall I’d say it was a good experience.

"I really liked that 4imprint lets…"
I really liked that 4imprint lets you get samples before committing to a big order because it gave us a chance to actually see the quality and check the size in person, which mattered a lot for our team, and the sample showed up quickly too so by the time we placed the final order it felt a lot less risky and overall it was just a good experience

Grabbed some shirts for our little event, and they came out dang good. The colors looked nice and clean, and the logo wasn’t fuzzy or weird looking at all. I already washed one just to see, and it still looks totally fine. Overall, yeah, I’m happy with how they turned out.

"Saved my last-minute order"
I had a super last-minute order and was kind of panicking, but 4imprint really came through. The proofs came back fast, shipping actually made it on time, and everything looked great when it arrived. I weirdly remember opening the box while eating a handful of pretzels and thinking, “Wow, this actually worked out.”

"Easy to Track My Order"

I ordered some promo items for an event and, i was a bit nervous about whether they’d arrive on time. I’m particular about deadlines, especially when it’s for something planned in advance, so I really appreciated that everything showed up exactly when they said it would. The items were packed well and ready to use right away. No drama, no chasing anyone down, just a smooth experience

"Easy order and good results"
I needed a small batch of shirts for our team and wasn’t sure if I’d find a place with minimums that made sense for us. 4imprint ended up working out really well. The ordering process was simple, and when everything showed up, the shirts looked good. I kept wondering if I should’ve shopped around more, but I don’t really think I needed to. I’d use them again

"A little hiccup, but they fixed it"
So my order showed up with a small mistake on the print, which was definitely annoying because of course we needed them for an event and I was kind of stressing about the timing. I emailed 4imprint and it did take a bit before I heard back, but once someone got back to me, they were actually really helpful and easy to work with. They ended up redoing the items and got the new ones sent out quickly. It wasn’t perfect right out of the gate, but they did make it right, and that matters to me, so I’d order from them again.

"Great price and really happy with how everything turned out"
I spent a little time checking around on a few different websites before ordering, just to make sure I wasn’t overpaying, and 4imprint ended up being the better deal compared to the others I looked at. I wasn’t totally sure if the lower price would mean the quality might be just okay, but everything actually came out really nice. Overall, I’m happy with the price, the finished product, and the whole experience.

"Darker Than Expected"
The shirts turned out darker than the proof showed. Like, the proof made the colors look a bit brighter and clearer, but in person they were more muted/dark, especially on the main design, the lettering, and even the small details. They’re still wearable, but just not quite what I thought I was getting based on the preview.

I was a little nervous our logo might look slightly different once it was printed, because I tend to notice little pattern issues like color shifts, spacing, or things not lining up. But everything came out really accurate. The colors and placement matched the proof they sent, and the logo looked clean, sharp, and easy to read. No stretching, blurry spots, or anything weird. I’m really happy with the order and would definitely use 4imprint again

The shirts came out really nice, honestly. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but when I got them I was like, oh okay, these actually feel better than I thought they would. The material is comfortable, the quality seems solid, and overall I’m happy with how they turned out.

"Good updates, just a little delayed"
They did keep me updated about my order, which I appreciated. I was like, okay nice, at least I’m not totally in the dark here. A couple of the messages came a bit later than I expected though, so I ended up checking in once just to make sure everything was still on track.
